2024 Indoor - Change of Host

During the 2022 ISC Plenary in Bucharest, Romania, two Bids were received for the 3rd European Indoor Skydiving Championships and 5th FAI World Cup of Indoor Skydiving, 2024.    The Bids were from Belarus and Hong Kong (Macau), and by a slim majority, the Event was awarded to Belarus.   Since that time, as a result of the conflict in Ukraine, the Belarus NAC membership as been suspended by the FAI.   The Belarus NAC accepted that with the uncertainty of the duration of the suspension, it could not guarantee that the Event could take place.    

Following discussions with both Organisers, it was agreed that the Event be awarded to Hong Kong (Macau) instead.    In order to give the organizer in Macau sufficient time to prepare, an Internal Bureau Decision (IBD) was required.    The IBD can be viewed by clicking the link below.
