Having passed the provisional entry date (20th May 2019) the FAI controller, Bernard Nicolas drew the attention of the Bureau to the lack of teams for the 4-way event.  The Bureau have therefore created IBD No. 6 cancelling the 4-Way Canopy Formation Sequential event.
