All participants of the Mondial, to be held in Tanay/Kemerovo, Russia, have been made aware of the Anti-Covid 19 Guidelines, which were published in the Bulletin 2(v2).  The Bureau,  together with the Organiser and FAI Controller have implemented sanctions for non-compliance of these guidelines.  The first offence will be subject to a warning by the Jury, and the second offence will be sanctioned by disqualification from the competition.  For more information, please read the IBD here:   2021-11 IBD Covid Guidelines
